RegistryPro maintains the Site as a service to its visitors and by using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement just as if you had signed it. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, please discontinue your use of the Site. RegistryPro reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and operation of the Site at any time. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your assent to such changes.

You agree that RegistryPro is not responsible for the content of any site that is linked to us whether or not we are affiliated with the operator or owner of such site. REGISTRYPRO AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RegistryPro, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents ("Indemnitees") against all claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, costs, and damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, that the Indemnitees may incur as a result of or in connection with (a) your use of the Site or any hyperlinked web site, (b) any non-compliance by you with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or (c) claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to this Agreement arising from or related to your access and use of the Site, including the information obtained through the Site.
Applicable Laws
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Although you acknowledge that RegistryPro shall have the ability to enforce its rights in any court of competent jurisdiction, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Chicago, Illinois USA regarding any and all disputes relating to this Agreement.
If there is a determination that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the rest of this Agreement and this Agreement shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
